What depletes your immune system is.: sugar, chemicals in food, prescription drugs, over medicating, not getting enough rest, and stress.
How to heal immune system: get good quality rest and sleep, use natural supplements instead of prescription drugs, meditation, and peaceful walks in the woods.
3. Change relationship with stress
Stress is the worst thing for your health. Stress is self-created. If you asked someone to get you a bucket full of stress, they could not, because it does not exist except in your mind. MOST STRESS COMES FROM ALWAYS NEEDING TO BE IN CONTROL. And wanting everything to be perfect.
How to change: Let go and let whatever is supposed to happen, just happen. KNOW that you will be OK, no matter what. Let go and have faith that there is a bigger purpose to life.
4. Healing your Soul – Taking care of yourself
You need to give yourself permission to put yourself first. If you do not take the time for yourself to heal, you will be forced to heal, by becoming too sick to do anything.
How to heal your Soul: take time for yourself and do not feel guilty. Turn off your phone and disconnect for a certain amount of time a day, every day. Let others take care of you. You are important and you need to heal at this time.

Here is an update on information about the toxic coating ‘Apeel’:
I just got off the phone with Kroger. They assured me that their organic apples do not have the toxic coating 'Apeel' on them. They assured me that Kroger brand, and simple truth organic, do not have the toxic 'Apeel' on them. Two days ago I shared a video that showed that organic apples from Kroger's had a label on it that said 'Apeel' coating. So I wanted to verify with Kroger if it did or it didn't. I don't know why somebody would make a video that was untrue. But it just goes to show that you need to do your own research. For now, I feel safe buying organic apples from Kroger's after I verified with them.

I am wondering if Kroger was planning on using ‘Apeel’ on their produce until they received negative feedback. And maybe we will eventually hear the truth of what is going on. Better Health Stores in Michigan
I talked to the produce manager for all the Better Health Stores in Michigan and he assured me they will not carry any produce that has the toxic coating ‘Apeel’ on it. He said that he has been getting more and more phone calls about ‘Apeel’ and when he looked into it, he was just appalled that such a product was approved for being put on our produce. He assured me he was on top of it and was informed and will not accept any produce with the toxic coating.
