Memorial Day originated after the Civil War to commemorate Union & Confederate soldiers who died. Formerly known as Decoration Day, it was officially named "Memorial Day" by Federal law in 1967.
Today, we honor all those who died while serving in our country's armed forces.
Blessings to everyone who is remembering a fallen soldier on this Memorial Day.
Grilling Cooking Classes:
Do you love to grill? Do you love to eat the food that is grilled or cooked outside on an open fire? Well, that is me. I have a passion for cooking outside in the summer and I love sharing my passion with everyone.
I have been teaching outdoor grilling cooking classes for 7 years now. I am still creating new recipes all summer long for my classes. The classes are unique and taught outside on my back patio. I am currently still perfecting the recipes and do not have pictures of all the dishes yet.

My most popular classes, Grilling Outdoors! Food always seems to taste better when cooked outside. I will share all my grilling vegan food tips and techniques that I have perfected. The food is amazingly delicous and all who attend in person will get to eat the food we create in class. Attend virtually and you can cook in the comfort of your own home. If you do not have a grill, the recipes can also be made using your stove.
Menu: Asparagus Veggie Burger, Grilled Purple Sweet Potato with Onion Sea Salt and Special Dipping Sauce and by student request, Grilled Strawberries with Chocolate Sauce.

Mom’s Across America test Baby Food:
Thanks to your support, Moms Across America has collaborated with GMO Science and The New MDS to test toxic metals in baby formula, and we are extremely dismayed by the results. We had hoped some formulas would be free from toxic and heavy metals, but they were not. We were shocked to see such high levels of toxic metal aluminum present in goat's milk formula and urge the manufacturers and the FDA to immediately take action to resolve this issue.

RFK JR. interviewed Amish farmer John Kemph. After his farm was hit by pesticide-induced crop failures, Kempf transitioned to regenerative agriculture practices that strengthen plant immunity, improve soil health, and increase the soil microbiome. AEA has worked on over 4 million acres in the U.S. and internationally, offering farmers a comprehensive approach to regenerative agriculture so that they can become more resilient, effective, and profitable. John revels in the interview that plants have an immune system just like humans.
