If you can not attend that day, a recording of the burger class will be available for purchase. You will get all the recipes including the three bonus dessert recipes. Something you can think about. Thanks for commenting.
I eat asparagus and mushrooms quite a bit. I try to have mushrooms daily. shitake are my favorite. then I have lions mane mushrooms, crimini mushrooms, and trumpet mushrooms and a few others too. Barley I have occasionally Less than i used to. And fermented foods. not often besides miso and tamari. I hope they help the liver too.
Sauerkraut is great for you liver also. All those mushrooms you mentioned sound delicous! Miso is a fermented food and has many health benefits (as you know) being fermented it does have a slight sour taste to it. Thanks for your comment.
I have the same trouble with sauerkraut , umemboshi and most fermented food . I buy some try it a few times then forget about it then a year or so later I wonder if its still any good. Then about 3 years later I throw it out
The umeboshi will still be good in three years. The sauerkraut if kept refrigerated may last three years also. That is the purpose to fermented food to make it last. You should try to get in the habit of eating fermented food.
Yes you're right. I'm just not very enthusiastic about the taste of most fermented foods and have trouble getting myself to have it regularly. If I had a wife she could remind me.
Thank you Valerie! Love to take burger class but have a Plant Pick up in town that day! Rats!!!
