Hello everyone!
I am just getting started creating my Substack. My intention is to stay connected to my subscribers with weekly writings about food, nutrition, healing properties of plants, the energy of food and the spiritual aspects of healing.
We create health in our body by many different ways. Food is very important and so are your thoughts. We have control over our food, we choose what goes into our mouths. Our thoughts can be more challenging because we have old thought patterns.
When choosing what foods to eat, make it as close to the way nature made the food as possible. Whole, organic foods and if you can grow your own, that is the best choice. Whole foods from Mother Earth is what the human species has been eating since we have been walking this Earth. I can not stress enough how important food from Mother Earth is to you overall health. When I first discovered that refined foods are terrible for our health and that whole foods will create health in the body, it was a no brainer for me, I just knew it to be true. Some students who have attended my cooking classes in the past have a more challenging time seeing the truth of this. That is o.k. Truth has a way of shining through and reveling itself and THE TRUTH IS OBSERBABLE!
Your thoughts are very powerful. Your thoughts create everything in your life. Self defeating thoughts will bring your energy down, self affirming thoughts will bring you energy up. To help create health in the body, attempt to have the thought you say to yourself be in a positive nature. And the most powerful thought or statements that create everything in your body are “I am” statement. Never say anything negative after “I am’. Always follow “I am’ with a positive words.
I will give you an example. Years ago (about 10) I decided to never say the words “I am tired” every again. I knew that by saying those words you will create yourself being tired. So I made a conscience decision to never say them again. Now, it does take practice to never say certain words that maybe you have been use to saying in the past. Just keep reminding yourself to never say those words again. I am very happy to report that it has made a tremendous difference in my energy and the fact that I am never tired anymore. I have more energy then my friends who are 10 years younger then me.
